  • Define the client's problem including critical issues and underlying causes
  • Synthesize comprehensive primary and secondary research to enhance team knowledge base and support the development of client recommendations 
  • Structure analytical approaches to provide actionable client insights and recommendations using complex data sets 
  • Develop client communications, clearly visualizing analytics and succinctly communicating key findings and recommendations 
  • Effectively communicate and engage with team members and to push forward client engagements, relationships and other deliverables 
  • Display strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment
What We are Looking For

Consultants may be based anywhere in the United States and will be given broad responsibility on projects, interacting with client and driving the creation of deliverables. While specific duties will vary based on previous experience, the ideal candidate will have the right mindset, skills and experience, such as:

  • 0-2+ years of consulting experience or relevant healthcare experience, required
  • Advanced degree, preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
  • High achieving, self-starter with a demonstrated history of taking ownership, expressing a willingness to learn and grow and cultivating curiosity to accomplish short and long-term goals
  • Humble, team-player attitude, excited to dive into the details and support larger strategic conversations to push recommendations forward 
  • An analytic mind that is comfortable manipulating and synthesizing data
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to target audiences 
  • Existing knowledge of healthcare landscape and current trends in healthcare
  • An ability to work well under pressure and respond to evolving requests 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Flexibility to travel as required (30-60% expected)

Ridgeline Health Group has successfully supported its clients by developing innovative payer-provider relationships, creating new value-based partnerships, negotiating contracts between payers and providers, building enhanced population health strategies / services and designing payer strategies.

We are looking to grow our team, seeking a talented Executive Assistant with a passion for healthcare and desire to learn and grow.

Role Overview

The role is to provide high-quality, dedicated support to senior leader(s) and targeted administrative support to their teams. We are looking for someone with a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a very efficient approach and who has the ability to forge strong and successful working relationships without face-to-face interaction. This role is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities and Activities

The role will support leaders and their the teams in the following areas:

Calendar Management

  • Successfully manage busy and ever-evolving calendars including proactively addressing schedule changes
  • Lead scheduling for complex client engagements as requested by the senior leader and/or project team
  • Re-schedule complex meetings and travel itineraries, often at short notice
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts
  • Maintain and update client contact lists
  • Manage extensive internal and external meeting schedules across team members

 Travel, Logistics and Event Planning

  • Manage travel proactively and effectively to optimize travel time for leaders
  • Provide logistical and technical support for all meetings, conferences, and workshops, using Zoom, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams and online research
  • Plan Team Events including All Firm Meetings, Team Work Sessions, etc.

 Relationship Management

  • Support leaders and colleagues by building and maintaining cooperative relationships with clients and colleagues of all levels both internally and externally
  • Develop excellent rapport with client assistants to facilitate access to client project team​s

Expenses and Time

  • Process time and expense submissions
  • Act as point of contact for all assigned Partner administrative needs, including timesheets and expense submission 
  • Act as collaborative liaison with other internal support functions with focus on client impact

Requirements
  • 5+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management
  • Experience working in a demanding environment
  • Ability to successfully balance the support requirements of multiple leaders and colleagues
  • Experience in financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services environment a plus
  • Practices discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required. 
  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree preferred
